We are entering BBQ season here and I wanted to bring a side that I hadn't tried before. I'm a big fan of the good old fashioned coleslaw and I love apples and celery root, so this recipe was an obvious win for me. Everyone loved it as well and I think the addition of walnuts and pomegranates really took it to the next level.
