Good morning everyone! I have opened up a new section on my blog! YAY! I wanted to create a space where I can share my images, my updates and just little notes to you. Once a day I'll post a photo at the Top Of The Homepage. I'll talk a little about it, maybe why I like it or how I made it. I'll try to keep it quick, fun and helpful.
Don't worry, I'll still be posting tutorials and food photography tips in a much longer format, in fact I'll be posting one later today!

This is one of my favorite images from my assignment in Galle, Sri Lanka for Saison Küche the Swiss lifestyle and cooking magazine.

This image didn't get published, but I love it none the less. It's more of a testament to the old adage of shoot, shoot and keep shooting. On the last day of my trip, I felt like I didn't have the story complete. I was missing something. So out with my camera I went. I stopped almost everyone I could to grab up some portraits on the streets. I came across the fish monger. Although the Fish Monger didn't make the cut, his blue bicycle and red shirt caught my eye and I love the colors.
