Apple & Pear Cous Cous Recipe
This Apple & Pear Cous Cous Recipe is a great healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner recipe for the kiddos that they are sure to love! You can see some of our other healthy kid recipes, just click on the link below!
- a cup of fine cous cous
- 2 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 grated apples
- 2 grated pears
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a dash of vanilla
- a spoon or two of brown sugar
- Combine everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce and simmer for about 7-10 minutes or until most of the milk is absorbed then let stand for a few.
- Get creative with some dried or fresh fruit toppings and make enough to freeze for later.
