Wanted to get this out a while ago, but alas the working man’s schedule. This is a really cool insight into our set up compressed into a 1 minute video! We had our great assistant rolling out the time-lapse camera throughout the shoot, so we put this together. Here are a few stills from our setup.
That Canon 100mm macro lens you see shooting into my butt on the last shot there, is such a sweet lens to have for food photography. I really got the most time with it on this Chedi shoot and I have to say that I was really amazed with it’s sharpness, we couldn’t really use it for the overhead angle, but for 45˚ shots this 100mm lens is pretty epic.
